Technoline WS 9136 Weather Forecast Station

This item was a replacement for a WS 9136 which malfunctioned; it would not display the outdoor temperature. The replacement has exactly the same fault; it displays the external temperature as 17C without variation!

I simply cannot go through the whole tiresome process of obtaining yet another replacement - which, if my experience is anything to go by, won't work either.

The product was defective; it would not show external temperature. It has been returned and I await a replacement.

Have purchased a couple before but this one just didn’t register outside temps.

I would not have bought it if I had known it had come from germany, it keeps going back there. I have given up resetting it. put back in box and put it in a dark dusty corner, hopefully to get lost.

Very easy to install and gives me the only information I require

The unit worked for about a week, then the outside temperature reading stopped. I have phoned and emailed your company for advice and I carried out the correct sequence to insert batteries twice as requested without success. I have also twice requested an email with an RMA Return Number as the unit is obviously faulty, again without success. In view of the above, I can only say that the Weather Station does not work and your customer support leaves a lot to be desired.

It just works! Have had a couple of cheaper really rubbish weather stations to in the past this is excellent. auto set of time is great and the reception between indoor and outdoor parts is excellent the signal easily goes through a two foot cob wall so we can position the indoor unit wherever we want in the room.
