HACCP Digital Probe Lab Thermometer With 1.65m Cabled Probe
A high quality digital cabled probed thermometer with high accuracy, which conforms to HACCP specifications for food safety requirements. Fast and accurate, the unit is IP65 rated so it can also withstand water jets, making it east to keep clean.
The unit can display current temperature as well as highest and lowest readings. The unit has a hold function, optical and acoustic alarm. These can be set to sound when a certain high or low temperature had been reached. An icon will flash and a beeper alarm will sound.
The cable is a good size length, measuring 1.65meters and the penetration probe itself is 105mm long. The base has a detachable stand and the back has a magnet allowing it to be fixed to metal.
