Seems like a decent piece of equipment at this point, but have yet to expose it to the outside elements properly (it's in the greenhouse at present). It is a step down from the one we had previously, the loss of the time/date when a high or low temperature was recorded is the most missed, but we will get by. Will be interested in testing its accuracy this Winter.

We bought this because we don't want all the weather and humidity information that almost all other digital indoor/outdoor digital thermometers include. Chose this one as it appeared to have the simplest way of resetting the max and min. This isn't actually as easy as our old one, but I'll get used to it. The main downside (hence only 4*s) is that the numerals could do with being bigger - can't see them from 10 feet away, have to go and stand nearer.

Bought to replace another with a failed transmitter. The new transmitter
is not receivable by the new base. The old base had larger letters with better contrast but is not available.

Has worked faultlessly since installation with the remote temperature sensors working perfectly from a distance of approximately 20m away.Delighted with my purchase

Simple to use and easy to read. Only concern was the screws supplied for hanging up the outside thermometer was too thin and small to fit so had to use other screws.

The thermometer with outdoor sensor works well and was very easy to set up with good instructions. Only criticism is that device format is small and when placed on a wall the temperatures are not as easy to read as the larger La Crosse device with the same functions.

In both cases - my original order and the replacement you provided - the screen on the base station was not working. These have been returned for testing.

Bought this to replace another TFA station which has sadly stopped working (though it has lasted for years and years).

Very pleased with this one, easy to set up. Should have checked first but I did want one with a radio control clock, but that was my fault for not reading the spec properly.

The display on the new one is very clear and The accuracy is brilliant. Great that I can add further sensors if I needed.

Easy to set up and then to read. The Weather Shop was very good to deal with.

I didn’t need any other features so am very pleased.

By far the best Max/Min I have found. Very accurate, and very easy to use. The external sensor is small and discrete and appears to be waterproof. The internal display is easy to see and even easier to reveal the Min & Max temperatures. Resetting to zero each day is also very simple. Those who do not like electronic devices will probably like this because it is so much easier to use and of course, it can be read and used within the house. It appears to have been designed specifically for the non-technical home-owner - unlike so many gadgets that seem to be aimed at the technical nerd rather than real people (with apologies to any tech-nerds who may read this).

When I first looked at this product I thought the clock was unnecessary but decided it could be very useful to have the maxima and minima timestamped. Unfortunately it doesn't do that. What a loss! The information must be there.
Apart from that it does a reasonable job of presenting accurate indoor and outdoor temperatures simultaneously.
