Customers praised this weather display console for being "easy to read" with a clear touchscreen that's a "huge improvement from the old monochrome display." Setup is straightforward, though some experienced initial slowness resolved by restarting. Main concerns: expensive pricing and inability to import historical data from previous systems.

In general the set up is straight forward. There were a couple of times the device seemed to lockup and I had to restart by inserting a paperclip in the hole labeled "p"
Very pleased with the display, huge improvement from the old monochrome display
A more updated version of the original console, with touch screen options featuring charts and extra data. Basically it’s a mini computer like an iPad to use. The screen data is always lit up which automatically adjusts its brightness to the current lighting levels in the room. Alarms can still be set for every variable with an orange strip along the bottom flashing up. Was really easy to set up, similar to setting up a new TV. Very happy with the purchase!
I'm sure the console is fine but I did return it to you for a refund on 13th August delivered to you the following day. The console was no longer needed as I found that the one I already had was perfectly adequate after I realised that it was me at fault, not the console due to my misunderstanding of it's functionality. I have been in communication with your receptionist Jacquie who was very helpful in telling me where I had gone wrong.
I have also recently purchased a replacement temperature/humidity sensor and an ISS which I am pleased to say are both fine.
Could someone please let me know from your Returns Dept when I can expect a refund for the console. Thank you.
Very nice console, the display is easy to read and set up. The console would be even better if it had a few more options for displaying data.
I thought long and hard about purchasing this updated console. The main obstacle was the price which seems expensive for what is effecively a fairly basic Android tablet with the Weatherlink software. However, the installation was fairly straightforward and it connected easily to my two Vantage Vue sensor suites. I did have one major issue initially, the software/firmware update did take place when I first powered up the console, but the touch sensitivity and display when looking at data and graphs was painfully slow, with touches taking over a second to be registered and data listings taking 5 to 10 seconds to display. I checked the manual and there is no 'off' switch on the console, but there is a 'power off' pinhole on the back that brings up the console 'power off' slider on the screen. I powered it off and then on again and now the console is very responsive and all data and graphs display more or less instantly. Another reason I got the console was to see my historical data as I had let my (expensive) Weatherlink Live Pro account lapse. Now I can see historical data on the console - but only the data since the console was first powered up. There is no way to import all your years of data if you have been uploading it to Weatherlink Live. However, as I do upload to Weather Underground using the web-based Weatherlink page, that data going back years is on Weather Underground. So, overall, a nice display but with limitations regarding historical data and more expensive than I think it should be.
So much easier to read than the original console - very pleased with it.
Only reason lost a star is that the data starts from the time you set it up. Doesn’t pick up any of the data from my existing console. Apart from that very easy to set up and the always on display is excellent. Very clear and easy to navigate.
This allows me to see my current (and past) weather observations in the llounge!
